摘要
随着我国对外开放程度日益扩大,越来越多的外来企业进入我国市场,这给我国的国有企业带来了一定的冲击.国有企业要想在新时期获得长足的发展,就需要做好人力资源管理工作.论文主要针对当前我国国有企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题以及相应的强化措施做了具体分析,以供参考.
With the expansion of China's opening to the outside world, more and more foreign enterprises enter our market, which brings a certain impact to our state-owned enterprises.
