摘要
长期以来,绩效管理对高等教育而言都是一个难题,原因在于高校难以确立科学的评价标准.论文在分析我国高校绩效管理存在的问题的基础上,以某省属地方高校为例,引入平衡计分卡的管理理念,通过将组织战略转换为战略地图中的目标和计分卡中的指标,使组织战略得以有效执行.
For a long time, performancemanagement has been a difficult problemfor higher education, because it is difficult for colleges and universities to establish scientific evaluation criteria.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the performancemanagement of colleges and universities inChina, this paper takes a provincial local universityas an example, introduces themanagement concept of balanced scorecard, andmakes the organizational strategy effectively implemented by transforming the organizational strategy into the goal in the strategicmap and the indicators in the scorecard.
