摘要
教育学是高职院校师范类各专业学生的一门必修课程。就学生毕业后从事教师工作的专业成长和长远发展而言,它的课程地位无疑是重要的。但目前高职院校教育学课程教学效果不如人意,很难达成课程教学目标。针对当前高职院校教育学课程教学中的教法、学法、教材、实践、考核评价等现状及其存在的问题,从优化教学内容、教学形式多样化、加强实践性教学和推进考试改革等方面提出教学改革建议。
pedagogy is a compulsory course for normal students in higher vocational colleges, and its course status is undoubtedly important in terms of the professional growth and long-term development of teachers after graduation. But at present, the teaching effect of pedagogy courses in higher vocational colleges is unsatisfactory, and it is difficult to achieve the teaching goals. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of teaching, learning, teaching materials, practice, assessment and evaluation in pedagogical teaching in higher vocational colleges. And it also puts forward the suggestions of teaching reform from the aspects of optimizing teaching content, diversifying teaching forms, strengthening practicality and promoting examination reform, etc.
