摘要
目的探讨中药行气活血消癥方联合甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的120名符合条件的异位妊娠患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组按体表面积单次肌注甲氨蝶呤50(mg/m),口服米非司酮25 mg/次,2次/d,连用3 d,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药行气活血消癥方,每日1剂,连续用药。观察临床有效率、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)下降速度、盆腔包块吸收速度、腹痛及阴道出血情况。结果治疗组治愈率及有效率明显高于对照组,2组治疗后在血β-hCG下降速度、盆腔包块吸收速度、腹痛及阴道出血天数方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮合并行气活血消癥方可提高异位妊娠治愈率、治疗有效率,加快血β-hCG下降速度及盆腔包块吸收速度,缩短腹痛及阴道出血时间,增加异位妊娠保守治疗成功率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingqi Huoxue Xiaozheng Prescription combined with methotrexate(MTX) and mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy pregnant women were randomized divided into trial group and control group,60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with methotrexate 50(mg/m),and mifepristone 25 mg, twice a day,for 3 consecutive days.On the basis of the control group, the trial group was treated with Chinese medicine, Qiqi Huoxue Xiaozheng Prescription, one dose per day, and continuous medication.The rate of clinical effect,the level of serum β-human chorionic gonadotrophin( HCG) value, the speed of pelvic mass absorption,days of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding were recorded and compared. Results The rate of cure and effective of trial group was significantly better than that of control group. The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Methotrexate and mifepristone combined with Xingqi Huo xue xiaozheng prescription can greatly improve the rate of cure and effective of ectopic pregnancy, accelerate the decline of serum β-hCG and the absorption of pelvic mass, shorten the days of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, and increase the success rate of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
