缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗社区中重度高血压的临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗社区中重度高血压的临床效果.方法121例中重度高血压患者,按照随机法分为观察组(63例)和对照组(58例).观察组患者采用缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗,对照组患者采用缬沙坦、氨氯地平联合制剂治疗.比较两组患者治疗前、治疗6个月后收缩压、舒张压.结果观察组治疗前收缩压为(166.6±11.3)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),治疗6个月后为(129.7±12.2)mmHg;对照组治疗前收缩压为(165.4±11.1)mmHg,治疗6个月后为(130.5±12.4)mmHg.观察组治疗前舒张压为(97.8±7.9)mmHg,治疗6个月后为(85.4±7.6)mmHg;对照组治疗前舒张压为(98.9±6.7)mmHg,治疗6个月后为(86.5±8.4)mmHg.治疗6个月后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压均低于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前、治疗6个月后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂与缬沙坦、氨氯地平联合制剂对中重度高血压患者均有显著的降压效果,且降压效果无显著差异,社区卫生工作人员在掌握总体用药原则下,可根据社区居民特点为就诊患者提供个体化、精细化的治疗方案. Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan/amlodipine compound preparation in the treatment of moderate to severe hypertension in community. Methods A total of 121 moderate to severe hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group (63 cases) and control group (58 cases). The observation group was treated with valsartan/amlodipine compound preparation, and the control group was treated with valsartan and amlodipine combination preparation. Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 6 months of treatment. Results The observation group had systolic blood pressure before treatment as (166.6±11.3) mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) and (129.7±12.2) mm Hg after 6 months of treatment. The control group had systolic blood pressure before treatment as (165.4±11.1) mm Hg, and (130.5±12.4) mm Hg after 6 months of treatment. The observation group had diastolic blood pressure before treatment as (97.8±7.9) mm Hg, and (85.4±7.6) mm Hg after 6 months of treatment. The control group had diastolic blood pressure before treatment as (98.9±6.7) mm Hg, and (86.5±8.4) mm Hg after 6 months of treatment. After 6 months of treatment, both groups had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment and after 6 months of months of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (P>0.05). Conclusion Both valsartan/amlodipine compound preparation and valsartan and amlodipine combination preparation have significant antihypertensive effect in patients with moderate to severe hypertension, and there is no significant difference in antihypertensive effect. Under the principle of general medication, community health workers can provide individualized and refined treatment for patients according to the characteristics of community residents.
