发动机流转自行小车电控系统的改造

摘要 对某汽车总装厂输送线发动机流转自行小车电气控制系统存在的缺陷进行分析,通过增加编码器检测装置及失衡倾斜保护功能的改进,提高了电气控制系统的科学性、可靠性、合理性,保证了发动机流转自行小车安全运行。 Make an analysis on the defects of electric control system of the engine flow self-propelling trolley in the transportation line of an automobile assembly plant. The scientificity, reliability and rationality of electric control system is improved by adding encoder detection device and unbalance tilting protection function. The safe operation of the engine flow self-propelling trolley is ensured.
