摘要
长期以来,配电自动化建设集中在10kV城市配电网,而忽略了0.4kV低压配用电系统。低压配电系统发生开关设备故障、线路短路、越级跳闸等事件时,故障定位时间长、事故处理响应慢。基于泛在电力物联网的建设要求和技术路线,文章提出并设计了一套基于边缘计算的分布式配电故障处理系统,可实现对低压配电设施故障及时感知、实时响应。实践应用表明,该系统可大大加快低压配电故障处理速度、缩短停电时间、提升供电可靠性和用户满意度。
For a long time,power grid distribution automation has concentrated on 10 kV urban power distribution systems,while neglecting 0.4 kV low-voltage power distribution systems.When the low-voltage power distribution system has an event such as a switch device failure,a line short circuit,or a step-over trip,the fault location time is long,and the accident handling response is slow.Based on the construction requirements and technical routes of ubiquitous power internet of things,this paper proposes and designs a distributed power distribution fault processing system based on edge computing,which can immediately detect and response to the short-circuited fault of low-voltage power distribution facilities.Practical application shows that the low-voltage power distribution fault processing speed can be greatly accelerated,the power outage time is shortened,and the power supply reliability and user satisfaction are improved.
