摘要
目的分析四联疗法在消化性溃疡合并Hp(幽门螺杆菌)感染治疗中的应用效果。方法纳入本院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的消化性溃疡合并Hp感染患者90例,以"入院顺序奇偶性"作为分组原则,分对照组(接受三联疗法治疗,45例)、研究组(接受四联疗法治疗,45例),比较临床疗效、Hp根除率、溃疡消失时间、复发率。结果研究组临床总有效率、Hp根除率显著比对照组高,溃疡消失时间显著比对照组短,复发率显著比对照组低,P <0.05。结论四联疗法可有效改善消化性溃疡合并Hp感染患者病情,促进溃疡愈合,且复发率较低,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with Hp(Helicobacter pylori)infection. Methods Ninety patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Hp infection admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group(45 cases received triple therapy) and research group(45 cases received quadruple therapy). The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate, ulcer disappearance time and recurrence rate were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the ulcer disappearance time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Quadruple therapy can effectively improve the condition of peptic ulcer patients with Hp infection and promote ulcer healing. The recurrence rate is low and the curative effect is remarkable.
