摘要
以阳光蓝、斯巴坦、北空、都克4个蓝莓品种的春季新生枝条上约长3cm带侧芽的茎段为外植体,接种到分别添加ZT0.5、0.8、1.0、1.2mg/L的改良WPM培养基上,观测接种后试管芽的生长发育情况。结果表明,诱导芽分化的适宜ZT浓度因蓝莓品种不同而有差异,在培养基中添加ZT的浓度阳光蓝和斯巴坦以1.2mg/L为宜,北空以0.8mg/L,都克以0.5mg/L为宜。
The stem segments with lateral buds about 3 cm long on new branches of Sunshine Blue,Spartan,Beikong and Duke blueberry cultivars in spring were inoculated on improved WPM medium supplemented with ZT 0.5,0.8,1.0 and 1.2 mg/L,respectively.The growth and development of test tube buds after inoculation were observed.The results showed that the optimum concentration of ZT for inducing bud differentiation varied with blueberry varieties.The optimum concentration of ZT in culture medium was 1.2 mg/L for Sunshine Blue and Spartan,0.8 mg/L for Beikong and 0.5 mg/L for Duke.
