摘要
由于北斗卫星系统对短报文长度和发送频率的限制,且常规的压缩算法无法满足业务要求,提出针对北斗卫星传输的预警影响区域数据的压缩算法。该算法围绕北斗卫星发布预警信息的实际业务需求,利用了预警影响区域经、纬度的连续性和有边界的特点,通过连续两点的经、纬度数值的差来减小数值的大小,并把数值差转换成数值间的比例来进一步减少存储空间,同时结合整数表示固定小数位的浮点数等数学方法,实现了数据的整体压缩。经测试,该算法对预警影响区域数据的压缩率通常在30%~40%之间,预警信息压缩后通过北斗进行精准靶向发布的速率提高了33%~50%。该算法已经在预警信息发布的业务中得到应用,根据本算法申请的发明专利已经被国家知识产权局受理。
The data compression algorithm of early warning affected area is proposed to deal with the restriction of the length and rate in Beidou satellite short message communication system.This algorithm is mainly used to meet the requirements of early warning issued by Beidou satellite system.Because early warning affected areas have the characteristic of continuity and boundary,this compression algorithm take the difference between two continuous points each of which include one longitude and one latitude,and then use ratio instead of real numerical value,use integers instead of floating point numbers to reduce the storage spaces.The results decrease the storage of affected area by 60%~70%and increase the rate by 33%~50%and improve the precision of the early warning message issued by Beidou satellite system.The invention patent based on the compress algorithm has been accepted by the national intellectual property administration.
