摘要 先张法工字型预制预应力板桩(YBZ桩)是为满足深基坑工程支护需要而设计制作的一种新型围护桩,其采用非传统工字型、双轴对称截面设计。为检测YBZ桩的抗弯、抗剪性能和理论设计方法的准确性进行现场试验;并通过ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对试验结果进行验证。结果表明,YBZ桩理论设计值、试验结果及数值模拟值基本一致,差异性较小。因此,工字型性能理论计算公式是合理的,数值模拟的结果也是切合实际情况的;同时验证了YBZ桩具有良好的力学性能。研究成果对今后YBZ桩的推广应用具有参考价值。 In order to meet the needs of deep foundation pit engineering support,a new type of retaining prefabricated prestressed sheet pile(YBZ pile)was designed,which is designed to be non-traditional I-shaped and biaxially symmetric.For the sake of test the bending and shear resistance of the YBZ pile and the accuracy of the theoretical design method,the field test was carried out,and the ABAQUS finite element simulation software was also used to verify the test results.The results show that they are basically the same in the theoretical design values,test results and numerical simulation values of YBZ pile.Therefore,it is a reasonable result of the theoretical calculation formula and numerical simulation of the I-shaped performance;At the same time,the pile has perfer mechanical properties.The research results have reference value for the promotion and application of YBZ pile in the future.
