摘要
葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT-1)是已知的分布最广的转运体,与细胞新陈代谢密切相关。当组织、细胞发生恶变时,局部组织缺血缺氧导致代谢异常,引起GLUT-1表达大量增高,来满足缺氧状态下肿瘤细胞的新陈代谢,为肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化提供能量。大量研究表明,GLUT-1表达增高与各系统肿瘤发生、发展密切相关,如卵巢上皮性肿瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌和肝癌等。本文将围绕GLUT-1在肿瘤细胞中的表达及临床意义进行综述。
Glucose transporter-1(GLUT-1)is the most widely known transporter,which is closely related to cell metabolism.When tissues and cells undergo malignant transformation,ischemia and hypoxia in local tissues lead to abnormal metabolism,which leads to a large increase in the expression of GLUT-1 to meet the metabolism of cancer cells under hypoxia and provide energy for the proliferation and differentiation of cancer cells.A large number of studies have shown that the increased expression of GLUT-1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors in various systems,such as epithelial ovarian tumors,breast cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer and liver cancer.This review will focus on the expression of GLUT-1 in cancer cells and its clinical significance.
