摘要
大力推动创新创业,是党和政府的一项重要决策。“双创”载体建设对于推动“双创”硬件环境的提升和氛围的优化等具有重要意义。本研究系统分析了推动郑州市“双创”载体建设的重要意义、郑州市“双创”载体建设的主要成就、经验总结及存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,进一步提出了发挥龙头企业带动效应、完善载体考核机制等对策措施。
Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship vigorously is an important decision of the party and the government.The carrier construction for"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"is of great significance in the hardware environment promotion and atmosphere optimization of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.This paper systematically analyzed the significance,the main achievements,experiences and the main problems of promoting the carriers construction for mass entrepreneurship and innovation in Zhengzhou City.Facing the situation,some counter.measures have been put forward,like giving full play to the leading enterprises'driving effect,perfecting the carriers'assessment mechanism,etc.
