摘要
随着海上风电机组单机容量增大、离岸距离和水深增加,如何科学有效地开展超长超大钢管桩可打性分析成为海上风电场工程设计及施工的重点和难点。以山东某拟建海上风电场为例,采用基于波动方程分析方法的GRLWEAP程序模拟海上风机超大直径单桩基础沉桩的动力学过程。计算结果表明,GRLWEAP程序可有效计算分析不同锤型下打桩过程中锤击数、桩身应力变化情况及可能出现问题,为工程桩锤的选型、沉桩难易程度的预判提供准确有效的指导。
With the increase of single unit capacity,offshore distance and water depth of offshore wind farm site,how to scientifically and effectively carry out the driving analysis of super-long and super-large steel pipe piles has become the key and difficult point in offshore wind power engineering design and construction.Taking a planned offshore wind farm in Shandong as an example,the dynamic process of pile driving of super large diameter single pile foundation of offshore wind turbine is simulated by GRLWEAP program based on wave equation analysis method.The calculation results show that GRLWEAP program can effectively calculate and analyze the number of hammers,the change of pile stress and the possible problems in the process of piling under different hammer types,and provide accurate and effective guidance for the selection of pile hammer and the prediction of the degree of difficulty in piling.
