摘要
课程体系设置是高等院校培养方案设计的核心内容之一。我国旅游本科教育经过三十多年,取得了长足的发展和进步。随着旅游业的发展,对旅游人才的需求也逐渐增加,但旅游教育与旅游人才供需矛盾日益突出,而旅游管理专业的课程体系设置存在的问题是影响旅游教育发展的重要因素。因此,基于旅游管理毕业生的视角,对北京某大学旅游管理专业课程体系进行定性和定量评价,指出旅游管理专业课程体系存在的问题,并试图发现旅游产业人才需求与大学培养目标之间的具体差异。最后提出基于建构主义与毕业生反馈的旅游管理专业课程体系的优化方案。
The curriculum system setting is one of the core contents of the training program design of colleges and universities. After more than 30 years of undergraduate education in China,it has made considerable progress and development. With the development of tourism,the demand for tourism talents has gradually increased,but the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism education and tourism talents has become increasingly prominent,and the problems in the curriculum system of tourism management majors are important factors affecting the development of tourism education. Therefore,from the perspective of tourism management graduates,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the curriculum system of tourism management major in a university in Beijing,points out the problems existing in the curriculum system of tourism management major,and tries to find out the specific differences between the demand for tourism industry talents and the training objectives of universities. Finally,an optimization plan for the tourism management professional curriculum system based on constructivism and graduate feedback is proposed.
