摘要
研究分析中药白鲜皮中挥发油类成分组成,探讨其潜在的抗菌活性成分.采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白鲜皮中挥发油类成分,采用GC-MS联用技术对挥发油类成分进行分离和分析鉴定.从白鲜皮挥发油中分离出36个化学成分,通过质谱数据库鉴定出其中匹配度高于90%的25个成分.相对含量较高的成分是烯类成分(37.84%)、醇类成分(4.06%)、芳香醚类成分(2.25%)和芳香烃类成分(2.03%).通过与文献报道比较,不同产地白鲜皮挥发油成分组成存在较大差异,其抗菌活性可能与α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、茴香脑、麝香草酚甲醚和榄香醇等成分有关.白鲜皮挥发油中化学成分复杂,以烯类成分类成分为主,研究结果为中药白鲜皮的药效物质基础研究与质量控制评价奠定了基础.
To study the constituents of volatile oils from Cortex Dictamni and explore their potential antimicrobial activities,the volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation and separated and analyzed by GC-MS.36 chemical constituents were isolated from the essential oil of Cortex Dictamni,and 25 of them were identified by mass spectrometry database with matching degree higher than 90%.The higher relative contents were alkenes(37.84%),alcohols(4.06%),aromatic ethers(2.25%)and aromatic hydrocarbons(2.03%).The composition of volatile oil in Cortex Dictamni from different habitats is different,and its antimicrobial activity may be related to the components ofα-pinene,β-pinene,anise,thymol methyl ether and elemenol.The chemical constituents of volatile oil from Cortex Dictamni are complex,and the main constituents are alkenes.The results lay a foundation for the basic research of pharmacodynamics and quality control evaluation of Cortex Dictamni.
