摘要
针对煤炭码头堆场空间利用不充分、垛位分配不合理等问题,着重考虑堆场优化的关键影响因素,以作业计划期内堆场空间利用最大化为优化目标,建立码头堆场垛位分配模型,并为到港船舶垛位分配问题设计求解算法。通过实例及仿真,验证了煤炭码头堆场垛位分配优化模型的可行性与合理性。
In view of insufficient space utilization and unreasonable allocation of stacking planning in coal terminal yard,considering the key influencing factors of the yard plan and taking the maximum utilization of the yard during the operation planning period as the optimization objective,the stack planning of terminal yard is established. And an algorithm is designed for the stack planning of arriving ships. Through the example and simulation,the feasibility and rationality of the optimization model for stack planning of coal terminal yard are verified.
