摘要 以镁基复合夹芯轻质墙板芯材为研究对象,考察了复合增强改性剂、粉煤灰、小粒径膨胀珍珠岩及发泡剂泡沫掺量对其性能的影响。结果表明,复合增强改性剂掺量为0.90%、粉煤灰掺量为15.0%、膨胀珍珠岩掺量为40.0%、发泡剂泡沫掺量为10.0%时轻质墙板芯材性能最佳。通过对面板进行界面剂预处理以及加强芯材料浆的振捣排气,提高浆体浇筑质量,解决了竖模浇筑轻质墙板面板与芯材的空鼓及脱落问题。 On the basis of magnesium-based composite sandwich lightweight wall panels, the effects of adding the composite reinforcing modifier, fly ash, small-sized expanded perlite and foaming agent on the performance of the material are investaged. The results illustrate that the lightweight wall panel, with the adding amount of 0.90% composite reinforcing modifier, 15.0% fly ash, 40.0% expanded perlite and 10.0% foaming agent, has the best performance. The quality of the slurry casting is improved, and the problem of hollowing and falling off of the lightweight wall panel and the core material of the vertical mold casting are solved by adding the pretreated interface agent on the panel and strengthening the vibration and exhaust of the core material slurry.
