摘要
综合运用有限元方法、多体动力学和间接边界元法对某汽油机机体结构辐射噪声进行了深入研究。首先建立了汽油机机体的有限元模型,然后通过多体动力学仿真计算了机体的主要激励力,利用ANSYS Workbench求解了机体表面振动响应,其结果作为求解辐射声场时的边界条件。运用间接边界元法(IBEM)在LMS.Virtual Lab软件中仿真计算了机体表面辐射声功率级及声场的声压分布。最后进行了发动机样机的噪声试验,试验结果与仿真结果较为吻合,证明了计算方法的可行性,为同类发动机机体结构正向NVH设计提供参考。
The radiated noise of a gasoline engine body structure is studied comprehensively by using finite element method, multi-body dynamics and indirect boundary element method. Firstly, the finite element model of engine body is established. Then the main excitation force of the body is calculated by multi-body dynamics simulation.The vibration response of the body surface is solved by ANSYS Workbench, and the result is used as the boundary condition for solving the radiated sound field. Afterwards, the indirect boundary element method(IBEM) is used to calculate the sound power level and sound pressure distribution on the body surface in LMS. Virtual. Lab software.Finally, the noise test of the engine prototype is carried out, and the results of the test are in good agreement with the simulation results, which proves the feasibility of the calculation method and provides a reference for the forward NVH design of the same engine block structure.
