摘要
目的分析一体化护理模式在患者围术期护理管理中的效果。方法纳入研究对象来自该院自2017年2月—2019年2月期间收治的96例手术患者,将“随机数字表法”作为分组原则,分为对照组和研究组,每组48例,对照组患者予以常规护理干预,研究组患者则予以一体化护理模式干预,对比分析两组患者的肛门排气时间、住院时间、护理满意度评分。结果研究组肛门排气时间、住院时间显著比对照组短,研究组护理满意度评分显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论一体化护理可有效缩短手术患者住院时间,促进肛门早日排气,提升护理质量,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated nursing mode in perioperative nursing management of patients.Methods A total of 96 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled.The “random number table method” was divided into a control group and a study group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the study group were treated with integrated nursing mode.The anus exhaust time,hospital stay,and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The anus exhaust time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated nursing can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients with surgery,promote the early exhaust of the anus,and improve the quality of care.It is worth learning.
