“师带徒”教学模式在泌尿外科新入职护士培训中的应用与体会 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析“师带徒”教学模式在泌尿外科新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月为研究时段,纳入该时间段内该院泌尿外科新入职护士10名,以“随机数字表法”分组,分为对照组和研究组,每组5名,对照组接受常规教学,研究组接受“师带徒”教学模式,比较考核成绩、综合素质评分。结果研究组考核成绩、综合素质评分均显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组核心制度考核、护理病历书写、基础护理、分级护理评分均显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“师带徒”教学模式可显著提高泌尿外科新入职护士综合能力,值得借鉴。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the teaching mode of “teachers with students” in the new nurse training in urology.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,the study period was selected,and 10 new nurses in the urology department of the hospital were included in the time period.They were grouped into control group and research group,with 5 cases in each group.The control group adopted received regular teaching,and the research group accepted the teaching mode of “teachers and apprentices” to compare the scores of assessments and comprehensive quality scores.Results The scores of the study group and the comprehensive quality scores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The core system assessment,nursing medical record writing,basic nursing,and graded nursing scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The “teachers with students” teaching model can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses in urology,which is worth learning.
