摘要
目的 研究辐射微波对小鼠学习记忆行为的损伤作用。方法 通过一定强度微波辐照小鼠,构造学习记忆行为障碍动物模型,使用Morris水迷宫检测微波辐射对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,光镜、电镜观察小鼠海马组织的形态学变化。结果 30mW/cm^2微波辐射10min后,小鼠在水迷宫定位航行实验中寻找平台的逃避潜伏期和寻找平台的路径增加,在空间探索实验中第Ⅰ象限停留时间(原平台所在象限)、第Ⅰ象限路程百分比减少;光镜及电镜观察显示海马组织结构出现神经元的固缩深染,血管间隙增宽,线粒体肿胀空化,突触结构的变化。结论 微波辐射对小鼠学习和记忆能力具有损伤作用。
Objective To observe the damage of microwave irradiation on learning and memory behavior of mice. Methods The animal model of learning and memory disorder was induced by microwave irradiation in mice. Morris water maze was used to detect the effect of microwave radiation on the learning and memory ability of mice. Morphological damage was observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results After 10 minutes of 30 mW/cm^2 microwave irradiation,the escape latency and the searching distance to platform of mice were increased in the water maze navigation experiment and the first quadrant residence time and the percentage of quadrant distance were decreased in the space exploration experiment.The light and electron microscopic observation showed the neuronal shrinkage and pyknosis,widened vascular space,the swelling and vacuolation of the mitochondria,and the changes of synaptic structure in the hippocampal tissue of mice. Conclusion The microwave radiation has damaging effect on the learning and memory of mice.
