摘要
目的探讨骨创伤应用外固定治疗的临床特点及其临床效果。方法选择该院2015年4月-2018年4月收治的骨创伤患者70例实施分组研究,入组对象签署知情同意书,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组用传统内固定方案治疗,观察组用外固定架方案治疗。评价两组效果,记录手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、骨折愈合时间)与并发症发生情况,并比较分析。结果观察组优良率高于对照组[(91.43%VS 62.86%(χ^2=5.6933)],手术时间[(20.39±5.63)min VS(40.32±10.25)min(t=5.035 5)]、切口长度[(1.69±0.67)cm VS(4.80±2.31)cm(t=3.940 5)]、住院时间[(45.34±10.46)d VS(59.63±12.48)d(t=9.023 6)]、骨折愈合时间[(19.20±3.83)周VS(24.34±6.53)周(t=5.436 2)]均短于对照组,术中出血量[(273.30±24.56)mL VS(500.03±39.42)mL(t=9.023 6)]与并发症发生率[8.57%VS 31.43%(χ^2=4.805 3)]均低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨创伤患者应用外固定架治疗,相比传统内固定治疗,不仅可以缩短手术时间与术后恢复时间,而且术中出血量少,术后并发症少,能明显提高临床效果,值得在临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and clinical effects of external fixation for bone trauma.Methods A total of 70 patients with bone trauma admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were enrolled in this study.The enrolled patients signed informed consent and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a conventional internal fixation protocol,and the observation group was treated with an external fixation protocol.The effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the surgical indexes(operative time,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,length of hospital stay,time of fracture healing)and complications were recorded and compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[91.43% VS 62.86%(χ^2=5.693 3)],the operation time[(20.39±5.63)min VS 40.32±10.25)min,t=5.035 5],and the length of the incision[(1.69±0.67)cm VS(4.80±2.31)cm(t=3.940 5)],hospitalization time[(45.34±10.46)d VS(59.63±12.48)d(t=5.436 2)],fracture healing time[(19.20±3.83)weeks VS(24.34±6.53)weeks(t=3.480 5)]were shorter than the control group.The intraoperative blood loss[(273.30±24.56)mL VS(500.03±39.42)mL(t=9.023 6)]and the incidence of complications[8.57% VS 31.43%(χ^2=4.805 3)] were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with bone trauma should be treated with external fixation.Compared with traditional internal fixation,it can not only shorten the operation time and recovery time,but also reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,less postoperative complications,and can significantly improve the clinical effect,which is worth clinical application.
