摘要
为验证Fe^2+、Fe^3+、水处理剂对芘四磺酸钠(PTSA)荧光强度测定值的影响开展了本试验。将不同浓度Fe^2+、Fe^3+和常见水处理剂添加到PTSA溶液后测定其荧光强度。研究结果表明,Fe^2+对PTSA的荧光强度影响很小,而Fe^3+则极显著降低了PTSA的荧光强度。通过添加还原剂盐酸羟胺将Fe^3+还原成Fe^2+,可消除Fe^3+对测试结果的影响。常见水处理剂对PTSA测定结果无影响。根据PTSA测定值指导工业水处理现场加药的初步应用结果证明,添加盐酸羟胺消除Fe^3+影响后,根据PTSA测定值推算的水处理剂加药量与按总磷浓度推算的结果基本一致。
In order to verify the effect of Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ water treatment agents on fluorescence intensity of sodium pyrene tetrasulfonate(PTSA), a test that adding different concentrations of Fe^2+, Fe^3+ and common water treatment agent into PTSA solution and then detecting its fluorescence intensity, was carried out. The test results showed that, F^2+ had little effect on flurescence intensity of PTSA, while Fe3+ significantly reduced the fluorescence intensity, therefore, reducing Fe^3+ to Fe^2+ by adding reducing agent could eliminate the influence of Fe^3+ on the test results. Common water treatment agents had no effect on the determination results of PTSA. The preliminary application of on-site dosage guidance was based on PTSA measured value. The results verified that after the influence of Fe^3+ was eliminated by hydroxylammonium chloride, water treatment dosage deduced according to PTSA measured value was basically identical with the results deduced according to total phosphorus concentration.
