摘要
为检验X射线荧光光谱法测定儿童纺织品中重金属质量分数的质量控制状态,采用Anderson Darling(AD)、Mandel′s k/h统计检验和质控图方法对受控情况进行验证。结果显示:As^2*、AMR^2*均小于1,k值和h值均小于对应的临界值,平均值-标准偏差质控图无异常。X射线荧光光谱法测定儿童纺织品中重金属质量分数结果符合正态分布、相互独立、离散性小且精密度高,不同实验室对同一试样的测定结果具有良好的一致性,质量控制状态良好。
To examine the quality control condition of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method for heavy metal content in children′s textiles, the Anderson Darling statistical test, Mandel′s k/h statistical test and quality control chart method were used to verify the controlled status. The results showed that As^2* and AMR^2* were all less than 1, the value of k and h were both less than their corresponding critical value, and there was no abnormality in the quality control chart of mean-standard deviation. The determination results of heavy metal content in children′s textiles by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method were in accord with normal distribution, independent of each other, with small dispersion and high precision. The determination results of the same sample had good consistency in different laboratories, and the quality control was in good condition.
