Intelligent Measurement and Control System for Stable Potato Seed Supply

摘要 针对气力式马铃薯播种机在高速作业时,因供种稳定性差,严重影响播种器的吸种和携种,从而导致播种质量不佳的问题,设计了一种基于STM32单片机,集信号采集、人机交互、自动控制于一体的马铃薯稳定供种智能测控系统。该系统采用前馈-反馈综合控制方法实现了播种器种箱内料位高度的动态稳定,实验结果表明该方法比单一闭环PID控制系统具有更好的控制效果。 In order to solve the problem of poor seeding quality caused by the unstabitily of the pneumatic potato seeder in high-speed operation,which seriously affects the seed suction and carrying of the seeder,an intelligent measurement and control system for stable potato seed supply based on STM32 SCM is designed,which integrates signal acquisition, human-computer interaction and automatic control.The feedforward-feedback integrated control method is used to realize the dynamic stability of the material level in the seeder box.The experimental results show that the method has better control effect than the single closed-loop PID control system.
