摘要
目的观察睑袋整形术联合A型肉毒毒素对眼周皮肤松弛患者的效果。方法回顾性分析2017-02/2018-04月作者医院收治的118例眼周皮肤松弛患者临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为两组,对照组57例,观察组61例。对照组行睑袋整形术治疗,观察组在行睑袋整形术后再给予A型肉毒毒素抗皱治疗。观察两组鱼尾纹及睑袋发生情况、并发症及满意度。结果观察组静态、动态鱼尾纹、睑袋发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P均<0.05);两组睑袋整形术后并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针对眼周皮肤松弛患者实施睑袋整形术联合A型肉毒毒素治疗效果显著,可预防鱼尾纹及睑袋出现,显著提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of blepharoplasty combined with botulinum toxin type A injection on loose skin around eyes. Methods The clinical data of 118 patients with loose skin around eyes in authors′ hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(n=57) and observation group(n=61) according to the treatment. The patients in control group received blepharoplasty, while the observation group received blepharoplasty combined with botulinum toxin type A injection.The incidence rate of crow′s feet and baggy deformity of lower eyelid, complications and satisfaction of patients were analyzed. Results The incidence rates of static or dynamic crow′s feet and baggy deformity of lower eyelid in observation group were all lower than those in control group(all P<0.05). There was not significantly different in the incidence of complications after blepharoplasty in the two groups. The patients satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01). ConclusionThe performance of blepharoplasty combined with botulinum toxin type A have remarkable effect for patients with loose skin around eyes, which can prevent the incidence of crow′s feet and baggy deformity of lower eyelid, and increase the satisfaction of patients.
