摘要
为探讨紫锥菊颗粒对鸡新城疫、禽流感抗体效价、生产性能、生产效益的影响,齐鲁晟华制药有限公司联合某大规模养殖场进行临床试验验证:选取60 000只鸡,分为4组,即空白组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,从4日龄开始服用紫锥菊颗粒,每吨饲料中分别添加紫锥菊颗粒0,2.0,1.0,0.5kg,连续服用10d。结果显示,每吨饲料中添加2.0和1.0kg紫锥菊颗粒组在提高抗体效价,鸡只成活率以及生产性能方面,与未使用紫锥菊颗粒组比较有显著性差异(P≤0.05),通过计算,平均每只鸡多赚取0.35元。紫锥菊颗粒可以通过刺激机体免疫系统,增强机体对细菌和病毒抗感染的能力,提高肉鸡生产性能。
In order to investigate the effect of Echinacea granules on the antibody titer of Newcastle disease and avian influenza,as well as the production performance and production efficiency.Qilu synva pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.worked with a large-scale farm to carry out a clinical trial.60 000 chickens were selected and divided into 4groups,the control group,high dose group,middle dose group,and the low dose group,with 0,2.0,1.0,0.5kg per ton of feed,respectively,then Echinacea granules were fed for the 4-day-old chickens for 10days.The results showed that high-and medium- dose groups significantly increased antibody titer,survival rate and the production performance compared with the control group(P≤0.05),and earned an extra 0.35yuan per chicken.It shows that Echinacea granules can enhance immune responses and improve the performance of broilers.
