摘要
目的该研究糖尿病患者全麻术后并发症的观察与护理体会。方法以2017年10月—2018年10月来该院就诊的糖尿病患者为研究主体展开详细调查,从中筛选出符合研究标准的70例按照不同的护理措施进行分组,分别是观察组和对照组,两组患者均接受全麻手术治疗,术后观察组患者实施综合护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比两组患者术后的并发症情况以及护理干预前后的血糖控制情况。结果术后观察组患者经护理干预的并发症数较少于对照组;相比护理前的血糖水平,干预后的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均明显下降,观察组患者的血糖指标下降程度更显著,各组指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者行全麻术后实施综合护理干预可有效减少并发症的出现,良好控制患者的血糖水平。
Objective The observation and nursing experience of postoperative complications of general anesthesia in diabetic patients.Methods Diabetes patients who have been treated in our hospital have been investigated in detail for the study subjects from October 2017 to October 2018.70 cases that meet the research criteria have been selected according to different nursing measures,which are the observation group and the control group.Both groups received general anesthesia surgery.The patients in the postoperative observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention,and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care.The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared with the blood glucose control before and after the nursing intervention.Results The number of complications in the postoperative observation group was lower than that in the control group.Compared with the blood glucose level before the treatment,the fasting blood glucose and the postprandial 2 h blood glucose were significantly decreased after the intervention,and the blood glucose index decreased in the observation group.The difference of the indicators in each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for general anesthesia in diabetic patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and control the blood glucose level of patients.
