摘要
在高速公路建设与运维管理过程中,工程造价控制贯穿始终,并与高速公路事业的可持续发展息息相关。文章简要论述了全过程工程造价控制的基本概念与原则,并从投资决策、勘察设计、施工建设与竣工结算入手,提出了切实可行的造价控制策略。
During the expressway construction,operation and maintenance management,the project cost control runs through the whole process and is closely related to the sustainable development of highway industry.This article briefly discusses the basic concepts and principles of full-process engineering cost control,and proposes the practical and feasible cost control strategy from the aspects of investment decision-making,survey design,construction construction and completion settlement.
