摘要
目的通过对开放甲状腺患者实施不同的手术方式,观察其临床效果,探究不同手术方式的临床应用特征。方法从2014年1月—2018年12月到该院诊治的甲状腺肿瘤患者中随机抽取62例,通过随机数字法将62例患者随机分为对照组31例:采用常规手术方法,观察组31组:超声刀手术方法,观察两组患者手术情况和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者切除时间为(48.85±11.32)min低于对照组(t=15.074,P<0.05),引流量为(34.14±13.74)mL低于对照组(t=18.563,P<0.05),切口长度为(3.85±1.46)cm低于对照组(t=5.863,P<0.05),总手术时间为(71.29±11.26)min低于对照组(t=36.572,P<0.05),出血量为(18.95±8.17)mL低于对照组(t=17.662,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率为6.45%低于对照组(χ^2=10.104,P<0.05)。结论超声刀手术方法可以有效降低甲状腺肿瘤患者手术的切除时间、引流量、切口长度、总手术时间、出血量,减少并发症的发生,患者满意度提高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different surgical methods by different surgical methods for open thyroid patients, and to explore the clinical application characteristics of different surgical methods. Methods A total of 62 patients with thyroid tumors were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018, and 62 patients were randomly divided into control group by random number method: 31 cases were treated with conventional surgery, and the observation group adopted ultrasonic knife surgery method, observe the surgical situation and complications of the two groups of patients. Results The resection time of the observation group was (48.85±11.32)min lower than that of the control group (t=15.074, P<0.05), and the drainage volume was (34.14±13.74)mL lower than the control group (t=18.563, P<0.05). The incision length was (3.85±1.46)cm was lower than the control group (t=5.863, P<0.05), the total operation time was (71.29±11.26)min lower than the control group (t=36.572, P<0.05), and the bleeding volume was (18.95±8.17)mL lower than the control group (t=17.662, P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45% lower than that in the control group (χ^2=10.104, P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic knife surgery can effectively reduce the time of resection, drainage, length of incision, total operation time, blood loss, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
