摘要
为研究特厚煤层综放开采中硬煤层顶煤冒放性问题,以沙坪煤矿13^#煤层为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法,综合分析了回采过程中顶煤、顶板破坏性及煤壁支承压力,得出顶煤冒放性随回采推进动态变化的特征。研究结果表明:工作面回采初期,由于煤质较硬,顶煤破坏高度3~4.5 m,顶煤冒放性差;回采到60 m以后,顶煤破坏高度可达12 m,顶煤冒放性变好。分析煤壁支承压力可知:回采过程中,在煤壁前方应力集中明显,应做好煤壁片帮防范工作;由于该煤层煤质相对较硬,回采初期应做相应的顶煤、顶板弱化处理,提高资源回收率,确保矿井安全开采。
In order to research the top-coal caving characteristics of fully mechanized caving in extremely thick coal seam, taking 13^# coal seam of Shaping Coal Mine as the example, the destructive roof and supporting pressure of coal wall in the process of mining are comprehensively analyzed by numerical simulation, and the dynamic change characteristics of top-coal caving characteristics with the advance of mining are obtained. The results show that the top-coal caving characteristics is poor in the early stage of mining when the top coal failure height is 3~4.5 m, and the reason is the hard coal quality. Then the top coal caving characteristics becomes better after mining to 60 m when the top coal failure height is 12 m. By analyzing the support pressure of coal wall, it can be seen that the stress concentration is obvious in front of the coal wall during the mining process, and the prevention work of the coal wall should be done well. Because the coal quality of the coal seam is relatively hard, the corresponding top coal and roof weakening should be done in the early stage of mining to improve the utilization rate of resources and ensure the mining safety.
