摘要
为了实现昭通盆地褐煤的清洁高效利用,在对以往勘查钻孔的煤质化验资料统计分析的基础上,选择重点煤层剖面进行采样测试,对昭通盆地褐煤的煤岩煤质特征进行详细分析,并编制了主要煤质指标的等值线分布图,论述了灰分、挥发分、硫分、氢碳原子比等变化规律。研究发现:M2煤层煤属中-高全水分、低灰分、特高挥发分、低-中硫分、高氢碳原子比、富油、中-高腐植酸褐煤,对比直接液化用煤评价指标,昭通盆地M2褐煤符合直接液化用煤的评价指标,可作为直接液化用煤,提出可将直接液化作为昭通盆地褐煤资源清洁高效利用的方向之一。
In order to realize the clean and efficient utilization of lignite in Zhaotong Basin, based on the statistical analysis of the coal quality test data of previous exploration drilling, the key coal seam profile was selected for sampling test, and the coal rock and coal quality characteristics of lignite in Zhaotong Basin were analyzed in detail, and the contour map of the main coal quality indicators was compiled, the change rules of ash, volatile matter, sulfur and atom ratio of hydrogen and carbon were discussed. Research results showed that coal of M2 coal seam was lignite with medium-high full moisture, low ash, extra high volatiles, low-medium sulfur, high atom ratio of hydrogen and carbon, rich oil and medium-high humic acid, and compared with coal evaluation index for direct liquefaction, the M2 lignite of Zhaotong Basin met a criterion of the evaluation indexes of coal direct liquefaction, which could be used as direct liquefaction coal. Lignite direct liquefaction could be one of the directions for coal clean and efficient utilization in Zhaotong Basin.
