摘要
为保证华亭聚丙烯装置投产后稳定运行,以及为本项目今后技术改造和其他新建项目工艺设计提供参考,对20万吨/年聚丙烯装置各单元工艺技术进行了分析,阐述了各单元在设计方面的工艺技术特点,对工艺设计存在不足的单元提出了优化改造方案,部分优化已完成施工。催化剂单元建议优化设计白油制备催化剂系统,由于白油配置催化剂进料浓度稳定,聚合反应器运行更平稳;聚合单元循环气压缩机主密封气建议优化设计为纯丙烯气,丙烯气中未夹带聚丙烯(PP)粉末,可避免干气密封的损坏;粉料脱气单元已为反应器出料管线优化设计疏通管线的操作平台和吹扫氮气,且管线全部采用法兰连接,若堵塞可立即进行疏通;挤压机单元造粒水箱已优化设计造粒水循环过滤装置,可过滤掉造粒水中夹带的PP粉末。根据同类型企业运行情况,白油制备催化剂和循环气压缩机主密封气的优化设计效果显著,其他优化设计也将进一步保证华亭20万吨/年聚丙烯装置长周期稳定运行。
To ensure the stable operation after the project is put into operation, and provide schemes for this project technical modification and other new projects process optimization in the future, the process technology of 200 kt/a polypropylene(PP) units was analyzed. The technological characteristics of each unit in terms of process design were described, the optimized transformation schemes for the units with deficiencies in process design were proposed, and partial optimization schemes have been implemented. In catalyst unit, using white oil to configure the catalyst was suggested, because the white oil configuration catalyst feed concentration was more stable than catalyst configured with propylene, and the reactor operated more smoothly. In polymerization unit, using pure propylene as the main seal gas of the circulating gas compressor was recommended, because there was no PP powder in propylene gas, which could avoid damage of dry gas seal. In powder degassing unit, designing the operation platform and nitrogen purge for dredging the reactor discharge pipelines were suggested, and the pipelines were connected with flanges. In extrusion unit, designing the pelletizing water circulating filtration device in pelletizing water tank which could filter out PP powder in the water was suggested. According to the same type of enterprise operation experiences, when catalyst made by white oil and the main seal gas of circulating gas compressor is replaced by propylene gas, the plant operates very stably, other optimized designs can also be ensured the Huating plant operate stably.
