摘要
为定量分析畜禽舍排风机叶轮转速、入口百叶窗开度及出口导风筒对风机整体性能的影响规律,以目前畜禽舍常用的轴流排风机为研究对象,采用国内先进的风机测试装置,测试12种不同工况下的风机整体性能参数。结果表明:风机性能与叶轮转速呈正相关关系,能效比与转速呈显著的负相关(P<0.001)。风机性能与百叶窗开度呈正相关关系,能效比与百叶开度呈显著的正相关(P<0.05)。风机安装导风筒后风机的整体性能平均增加4.3%,能效比增加18.81%,导风筒具有很好的节能作用。与通过调整百叶窗开度来调整风量相比,采用变频调速来调整风量可大大降低风机电能的消耗。
In order to quantitatively analyze the influence of rotate speed, shutter angle and wind guide cone on the overall performance of the exhaust fan in livestock and poultry houses, the axial-flow exhaust fan commonly used in livestock and poultry houses was taken as the research object, and the overall performance parameters of the fan under 12 different working conditions were tested with the domestic advanced fan test chamber. The experimental result indicated that there was a positive correlation between fan performance and rotate speed and a significant negative correlation between fan energy efficiency ratio and rotational speed(P<0.001). Fan performance was positively correlated with shutter opening, and energy efficiency ratio was positively correlated with shutter opening(P<0.05). The overall performance of the fan increased by 4.3% on average and the energy efficiency ratio increased by 18.81% after installing the wind guide cone. The wind guide cone had a good energy-saving effect. Compared with adjusting the air flow rate by adjusting the shutter opening, adjusting the air flow rate by frequency conversion speed regulation could greatly reduce the power consumption of the fan.
