摘要
目的分析外科手术中患者低体温原因。方法选择2018年1月-2018年12月本院行外科手术治疗的120例患者作为研究对象,调查本组120例研究对象的基本情况与手术情况。对比本组120名外科手术患者不同性别、年龄、手术时间、BMI值、术中输液量、手术室温度的低体温发生率。同时,通过Logistic多因素回归分析各项研究因素与外科手术中患者低体温的相关性。结果 120例外科手术患者中,发生低体温22例(18.33%)。其中年龄≥60岁、手术室温度<25℃、手术时间≥3 h、术中输液量≥2 000 mL的患者低体温发生率高于年龄<60岁、手术室温度≥25℃、手术时间<3 h、术中输液量<2 000 mL的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组不同性别、BMI值患者的低体温发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Logistic多因素回归分析显示,年龄、手术时间、手术室温度与术中输液量是影响外科手术患者低体温的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论外科手术患者年龄过高、手术时间较长、手术室温度低与术中大量输液均是影响低体温的重要危险因素,临床应给予足够的重视。
Objective To analyze the causes of hypothermia in patients undergoing surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.The basic conditions and surgical status of 120 subjects in this group were investigated.The incidence of hypothermia in 120 patients with different gender,age,operation time,BMI value,intraoperative fluid volume,and operating room temperature was compared.At the same time,Logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between various research factors and patients with hypothermia during surgery.Results Of the 120 surgical patients in this group,22 patients(18.33%)had hypothermia.The incidence of hypothermia in patients aged≥60 years,operating room temperature<25 ℃,operation time ≥3 h,intraoperative fluid volume≥2 000 mL was higher than age<60 years,operating room temperature≥25 C,operation time<3 h,surgery The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in patients with medium infusion<2 000 mL.There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypothermia between the two groups of patients with different gender and BMI(P>0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age,operation time,operating room temperature and intraoperative fluid volume were independent risk factors for hypothermia in surgical patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical patients with high age,long operation time,low operating room temperature and a large number of intraoperative infusions are important risk factors for influencing hypothermia.
