超声波辅助提取苦菜叶中总黄酮工艺的响应面优化 被引量:1

摘要 以总黄酮得率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,用响应面法优化超声法提取苦菜叶中总黄酮的工艺。优化后的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶28、超声温度72℃、超声时间36min,在乙醇浓度为50%的条件下,得到总黄酮提取率为3.37%。因此,超声法的提取效率高且便于规模生产,是提取苦菜叶中总黄酮的较好方法。 With the yield of total flavonoids as the evaluation index,the extraction process of total flavonoids from sowthistle herb leaves was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM)on the basis of single factor experiments. The optimum conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶28 g/mL,the ultrasonic temperature was 72℃,the ultrasonic time was 36 min,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.37% under the condition of 50% ethanol concentration. Ultrasound is a good method for extracting total flavonoids from sowthistle herb leaves,which has high extraction efficiency and is convenient for large-scale production.
