摘要
隧道初支面凹凸不平是普遍存在,拱墙衬砌空间是密闭空间,当衬砌混凝土浇筑至拱顶时,混凝土是否填满凹陷部分,人为无法通过目测来判定。隧道衬砌施工在带模注浆基础上,引用“RPi隧道衬砌自注浆系统”,采用用信息化手段,智能管理衬砌衬砌,科学预防拱顶衬砌与初支面形成空腔。
The initial support surface of the tunnel is ubiquitous.The arch lining space is a confined space. When the lining is poured into the vault,whether the sputum fills the concave part can not be determined by visual inspection. Tunnel lining construction on the basis of mold grouting,citing "RPi tunnel lining self-grouting system",using information technology,intelligent management of lining lining,scientific prevention of vault lining and initial support forming a cavity.
