摘要
流程模拟软件在化工中的应用非常广泛,本文主要阐述流程模拟软件在气相密度计算,压缩因子的计算,密度随温度的变化,不同压力下的沸点,物质性质的估算,二元交互参数,变压精馏等方面的应用,对化工设计有指导作用。
The process simulation software is widely used in chemical industry. This paper mainly describes the calculation of gas phase density in process simulation software, the calculation of compression factor, the change of density with temperature, the boiling point under different pressures, the estimation of material properties, binary interaction parameters, and changes. The application of pressure distillation and other aspects has a guiding role in chemical design.
