摘要
机场的无动力设备管理工作一直是机场地面运行管理的主要工作内容之一,对于大型枢纽机场,无动力设备具有数量大、使用分散、维护保养难等问题,管理不好易造成对航空器和地面保障车辆造成运行影响.首都机场开发应用了基于GIS技术的机场无动力设备管理系统,以通过技术手段对设备进行有效管理,提高机场运行的安全裕度,避免出现影响机场运行的不安全事件.
The non-power equipment management of the airport has always been one of the main contents of the airport ground operation management. For the large hub airport, the non-power equipment has the problems of large quantity, scattered use, difficult maintenance and so on. Poor management can easily cause operational impact on aircraft and ground support vehicles. The Capital Airport has developed and applied the airport no-power equipment management system based on GIS technology, in order to effectively manage the equipment through technical means, improve the security margin of airport operation, and avoid unsafe incidents that affect the operation of the airport.
