摘要
实训教学作为地方院校培养技能性人才的关键环节,决定其所培养人才的"创造性"、"可用性"。文章以广西高校旅游管理专业为调查对象,从体系的4个环节探究实训教学体系的构建,并对旅游管理专业实训教学体系进行多角度优化。研究表明,广西高校旅游管理专业实训教学存在旅游实训目标指导性不足、实训教学内容不丰富、实训教学管理机制不健全、实训教学认知评价较差等问题,并从实训课程设置、基地建设、师资队伍、实训评价等方面提出了优化举措。
As a key link in the cultivation of skilled talents in local colleges and universities, practical training determines the "creative" and "availability" of the talent training. Based on literature analysis and network survey methods, this paper takes Guangxi tourism management major as the survey object, explores the construction of practical teaching system from four aspects of the system, and optimizes the tourism management professional training system from multiple angles. The research shows that Guangxi government departments have a strong sense of recognition for college tourism management professional training system, which is conducive to the construction and development of tourism management profession;the training system consists of target system,content system,management system and evaluation system,in which the content system plays a key role in the whole system;The training of tourism management in Guangxi colleges and universities still has some problems, such as insufficient guidance of actual training objectives, insufficient content of actual training teaching, imperfect management mechanism of actual training teaching, and poor cognitive evaluation of actual training teaching.
