摘要
采用振动法(VTM)与重型法对比研究千枚岩路基填料的压实特性与力学强度,并铺筑试验路进行验证。结果表明,风化程度与水是影响千枚岩与千枚岩路基填料工程性质的主要因素,风化程度越高,千枚岩的密度、点荷载强度就越低,压碎值越大;泡水后,千枚岩的荷载强度与抗压碎能力均有较大程度的降低。风化程度越高,千枚岩填料的最大干密度、CBR与回弹模量越低,膨胀量越大;与静压法相比,VTM可提高千枚岩路基填料干密度1.007~1.086倍、CBR11.1%以上、回弹模量11.5%以上,降低膨胀量4.2%以上,全面改善了千枚岩路基填料的路用性能。现场试验段检测结果表明,现有压实设备与工艺可以满足VTM设计的要求。当采用强风化千枚岩路基填料时,振动压实遍数不得少于9遍。
The vibrating method (VTM) and the heavy compaction method have been used to study the compactioncharacteristics and mechanical strength of the phyllite roadbed filler, with the test road being paved for verification. The results have shownthat the degree of weathering and water are the main factors affecting the engineering properties of phyllite and phyllite roadbed fillers. The higher the degree of weathering, the lower the density and point load strength of phyllite, the greater the crushing value will reach;The load strength and crush resistance of the enumerated rock are greatly reduced. The higher the degree of weathering, the lower the maximum dry density, CBR and rebound modulus of the phyllite filler, and the greater the expansion will appear. Being compared with the static pressure method, VTM can increase the dry density of the phyllite roadbed filler by1.007~1.086 times, increase CBR more than11.1% and resilient modulus more than11.5%, and reduce expansion amount by 4.2% or more, comprehensively improving the road performance of phyllite roadbed filler. The field tests have shown that the existing compaction equipment and process can meet the requirements of VTM design. When the strong weathered phyllite roadbed filler is used, the number of vibration compaction passes must not be less than 9 times.
