摘要
变电站数字化和三维化是电力行业发展的重要内容,但现有的三维建模方式存在效率低、不真实、应用面窄等问题。本研究采用即时定位与地图构建(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping,SLAM)技术的移动扫描和倾斜摄影技术来获取变电站室内外环境信息,实现快速、高精度的室内外一体化实景三维建模。在此基础上,采用WebGL技术构建变电站实景三维模型云平台,为多个场景应用提供服务。在教学培训上,在实景的展示和漫游基础上加入虚拟现实技术(Virtual Reality,VR),增强沉浸式体验,达到更好的效果;在设备管理中,通过感兴趣点(Point of Interest,POI)实现实景和属性的信息整合,提高设备管理水平。在变电站工程技改设计、建设验收中,通过地理连接实现二维平面地图、建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)等与实景三维的空间联动,真实反馈现场情况,减少现场勘测次数,节约人力物力。
The digitalization and three-dimensionalization of substations is an important part of the power industry development.However,the current 3 D modeling methods have problems such as low efficiency,unreality,and narrow application.In this study,we use SLAM(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping)mobile scanning technology and UAV tilt photography to obtain indoor and outdoor environmental information of the substation and establish indoor and outdoor integrated real 3 D modeling in a fast and high-precision way.Then,we build the substation real 3 D model cloud platform based on WebGL technology to serve multiple scenario applications.In the training scenario,we introduced VR(Virtual Reality)technology based on the display and roaming of the real scene to enhance the immersive experience and achieve better results.In the equipment management scenario,we realized the integration of real scene and attribute information through POI(Point of Interest)to improve the level of equipment management.In the design,construction,reconstruction and acceptance of the substation project,we realized the spatial linkage of the 2 D map,BIM(Building Information Modeling)with the real 3 D space through geographical connection,directly reflecting the scene situation,reducing the number of site surveys and saving manpower and material resources.
