振动与击实成型方法下水泥稳定碎石性能试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了探究成型方法对水泥稳定碎石路用性能指标产生差异的原因,基于平湖乍浦至上海兴塔公路,进行试验研究,试验选取了骨架密实型、骨架悬浮型和骨架空隙型三种微观结构水泥稳定碎石进行研究,测定物理及力学指标,并将振动成型与击实成型试验的结果对比。试验结果表明两种成型方法对水泥稳定碎石的最佳含水率和最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度呈线性相关性。级配类型回归的强度关系说明,密实型级配在强度方面比骨架空隙型和规范推荐的密实悬浮型都具有绝对优势;另外,压实度为98%的振动成型对水泥稳定级配碎石强度最优。 In order to explore the reasons for the difference in the performance index of cement stabilized macadam roadway,this paper took Pinghu Zhapu - Shanghai Xingta Highway as an example,and three kinds of microstructure cement stabilized macadams with skeleton compact type,skeleton suspension type and skeleton void type were selected for the study,related physical and mechanical indexes were determined,and the results of vibration and compaction molding test were compared. The test results show that the two forming methods have a linear correlation with the optimum water content,maximum dry density and unconfined compressive strength. The intensity relation of the gradation type regression reveals that the dense gradation has an absolute advantage over the skeleton void type in strength,the former also has a relatively small strength growth relative to the latter. The compaction degree is 98%,and the vibration forming is the best for the cement stabilized graded crushed stone.
