2018年浙江省人布鲁氏菌病病例溯源调查 被引量:7

摘要 为了解浙江省人布鲁氏菌病病例感染来源,探讨当前布鲁氏菌病防控重点,对存在人间病例的县级畜牧兽医部门开展溯源问卷调查。调查发现:2018年的98例人间病例以职业人群为主,主要为从事羊养殖、屠宰、运输和羊肉加工、销售的人群,占55.10%;人间病例流行病学相关场点以羊屠宰场为主,占33.67%;人感染的可能途径以接触、屠宰活羊为主,占63.27%;接触的动物或其产品来源不明的病例占44.90%,而接触的动物或其产品来源于省外、省内其他县和本县的病例分别占31.63%、15.31%和8.16%。调查认为,当前浙江省布鲁氏菌病防控的关键是对省外调入活羊的监管,应加大对违法调运活羊行为的查处力度,加快牛羊定点屠宰和牛羊肉冷链配送体系建设,协调实施畜牧兽医部门与卫生部门、市场监督管理部门的联防联控,及时深入开展布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查,共同保障公共卫生安全。 In order to recognize the infection sources of human brucellosis in Zhejiang Province,and to investigate current priorities related to prevention and control of brucellosis,a traceability questionnaire investigation was carried out in animal husbandry and veterinary departments at county level where human cases were reported. Upon investigation,it was found that 98 cases reported in 2018 were mainly distributed among occupational population, especially those engaged in feeding,slaughtering and transportation of sheep,processing and marketing of mutton, accounting for 55.10%. Sheep slaughterhouses were the main epidemiological premises related to human cases, accounting for 33.67%;the human infection was mainly caused by contacting or slaughtering live sheep,accounting for 63.27%;44.90% cases were exposed to animals and animal products that could not be traced,and the cases exposed to animals or animal products that came from other provinces,and other counties,the same county within Zhejiang Province accounted for 31.63%,15.31% and 8.16%,respectively. As it was investigated that the key to prevent and control the disease in Zhejiang Province was to supervise any introduction of live sheep from other provinces,thereby,some suggestions were given in this paper,including strengthening relevant investigation and punishment towards any illegal transportation,speeding up construction of the designated slaughterhouses for cattle and sheep and cold-chain distribution system for beef and mutton,coordinating and implementing joint prevention and control measures among animal husbandry and veterinary departments,health departments,market supervision and management departments,carrying out in-depth epidemiological investigation on brucellosis in time,so as to safeguard the security of public health.
