摘要
以蜂窝陶瓷为基体,采取不同载体制备了蜂窝陶瓷负载Cu-Mn尖晶石催化剂,对比了不同载体制备的催化剂的活性。XRD结果表明以钇改性的分子筛为载体能提高活性组分的分散性,TPR结果表明钇改性的载体能有效提高催化剂的低温催化性能。其催化结果表明负载量为25%的催化剂效果最好,在所有载体中,10%钇改性的Cu-Mn/Y-ZSM-5性能最优,当空速为15000 h^-1,甲苯浓度为1000×10^-6时,300℃能将甲苯完全转化。
Honeycomb ceramics supported Cu-Mn spinel catalysts were prepared with honeycomb ceramics as the matrix,and the performance of catalysts prepared by different supports was compared. The XRD results show that the enthalpy modified molecular sieve can improve the dispersibility of the active component. The TPR results show that the cerium modified carrier can effectively improve the low temperature catalytic performance of the catalyst. The catalytic results show that the catalyst with the loading of 25% has the best effect. Among all the supports,10% yttrium modified Cu-Mn/Y-ZSM-5 has the best performance,when the space velocity is 15000 h^-1 and the toluene concentration is 1000×10^-6. At 300℃,the toluene can be completely converted.
