摘要
针对汽车发动机缸体斜油孔的加工,分析了原有工艺及装备存在的缺点,提出了一次装夹同时完成5斜油孔加工的工艺方案。在此基础上,在充分考虑振动、上下料、上产效率、合格率等因素的前提下,设计了专用机床左边设置左夹具体、右边设置床身、中间设置右夹具体的整体布局方案,使夹具与床身相分离,防止振动影响加工精度。加工时,左夹具体装夹工件并保证斜油孔角度、右夹具体支撑导向系统、床身上设置数控滑台及5轴主轴箱,从而实现一次装夹同时完成5斜油孔加工的工艺要求。
Aiming at the processing of the inclined oil hole of automobile engine block, the shortcomings of the original process and equipment are analyzed, and the process plan of finishing 5 inclined oil hole at the same time is proposed.On this basis, under the premise of fully considering the factors of vibration, loading and unloading, productivity, and pass rate, the overall layout scheme of the left side of the special machine tool, the bed on the right side, and the right side of the right set are designed. Separate the clamp from the bed to prevent vibration from affecting machining accuracy. During processing, the left clamp specifically clamps the workpiece and ensures the angle of the inclined oil hole, the specific support guiding system of the right clamp, the numerical control sliding table and the 5-axis headstock on the bed body, thereby realizing the process requirement of completing the 5 oblique oil hole processing at the same time.
