摘要
针对指数型产品的可靠性验收问题,通过分析总结两次序贯概率比检验和序贯网图检验的思想,提出了一种改进的序贯抽样检验方法。通过构造验收风险的马尔可夫链模型,研究了改进的指数型序贯抽样检验方案的风险计算方法。在此基础上,给出了指数型序贯抽样检验方案的制定程序。实例分析表明:改进的指数型序贯抽样检验方案在保证截尾时间的条件下,明显降低了美军标MIL-STD-781C标准方案的验收风险,可以更好地满足双方的风险要求。
For the problem of exponential reliability validating, an improved exponential sequential sampling test method is established by analyzing 2-SPRT and sequential mesh test. A method for calculating risks is presented by constructing a Markov chain model. And then a procedure of constituting a sequential mesh test scheme is given. The result shows that this improved exponential sequential sampling test obviously decreases the acceptance risks related to the standards of MIL-STD-781 C within the same truncated time, thus better meeting the relevant requirements.
