摘要
针对电动伺服系统,详细介绍了一种将波分复用式单纤双向通信技术应用于多圈绝对式旋转编码器的电机位置反馈方案,并给出了相应的光电转换电路和非归零码数据帧格式。应用所给出的方案,可以只用一根光纤实现驱动器与电机编码器之间的双向高速通信。通过搭建电机驱动实验平台,验证了该方法的可行性,在搭建的实验系统中,电机运行良好,实现了以较低的成本提高系统的实时性、可靠性与数据通信能力。
Aiming at the electric servo system,a scheme of motor position feedback using WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing)single-fiber two-way communication technology in multi-loop absolute rotary coding is expounded in detail,and the corresponding photoelectric conversion circuit and NRZ(non-return to zero)code data frame format are given.With the proposed scheme,two-way high-speed communication between driver and motor encoder can be realized with only one fiber.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by setting up an experimental platform for motor drive.In the experimental system,the motor runs well and improves the real-time performance,reliability and data communication ability of the system at a lower cost.
