摘要
海洋环境监测是海洋环境保护工作的重要依据。芬兰位于欧洲北部,是欧洲最发达的国家之一,也是主要的海洋强国之一,在应对海水富营养化、溢油、外来物种入侵、有机氯化物污染等挑战中拥有丰富的先进经验。在海洋生态环境监测领域,芬兰重视海洋环境监测的政府间合作、国内各部门海洋环境监测工作的协调与统一、海洋环境数据的共享和重视海洋环境监测新技术的应用。其海洋生态环境监测机构、监测区域、监测内容、监测方法等方面都与中国存在较大差异,对中国的海洋环境监测工作具有较强的借鉴意义。
Marine environmental monitoring is an important basis for marine environmental protection.Located in northern Europe, Finland is one of the most developed countries in Europe and one of the major marine powers. Finland has accumulated many successful experiences in dealing with the challenges of sea eutrophication, oil spill, alien species invasion and organic chloride pollution.In the field of marine eco-environmental monitoring,Finland attaches great importance to intergovernmental cooperation in marine environmental monitoring, coordination and unification of marine environmental monitoring in various departments, sharing of marine environmental data and application of new technologies in marine environmental monitoring.Compared with China, there are great differences in marine ecological environment monitoring organization, monitoring area, monitoring content and monitoring method, which has a strong reference significance for our country s marine environmental monitoring.
